| This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-driven e-commerce professional with proven expertise in Shopify. In addition to maintaining primary website, this position will also support Shopify websites for affiliated companies. The ideal candidate will bring both creative and analytical skills, ensuring a seamless, visually refined, and high-performing digital presence across brands. Hands-on experience managing third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or comparable retail channels is preferred.
- Maintain and update the Shopify website, ensuring all product listings, descriptions, images, and tags are accurate, optimized, and on-brand.
- Manage product uploads, collections, and homepage updates in alignment with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Create and optimize visual assets (banners, graphics, and layouts) that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and enhance customer experience across desktop and mobile.
- Oversee marketplace integrations and listings on third-party e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, or similar), ensuring consistency of product data, pricing, and imagery across channels.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics (Shopify Analytics, GA4, etc.) to track engagement, conversion, and sales trends; recommend UX and merchandising improvements.
- Optimize SEO for product titles, tags, and metadata to improve discoverability and search visibility.
- Ensure new arrivals and events are accurately represented online.
- Assist with email marketing and CRM initiatives (e.g., Klaviyo or HubSpot), supporting brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library for imagery, creative files, and campaign materials.
- Contribute to the creative direction of online content through copywriting and layout design aligned with Via Coquina’s voice and visual standards.
