The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor  to work at a company located in the Medley, FL area!

Requirements of position
 
 
Secondary  Responsibilities (Primaries for Subordinates)                                                                  
1  Processing receiving and shipping documentation. (Warehouse receipts/Pick up orders/ Cargo Releases/ Bill of Ladings)                                                 
2 Picture reviewing before submitting to CS Department                                                             
3 Logging of all vendor activity at a facility level                                                  
Needs to be 
  1. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) 
  2. Math skills
  3. Experience driving the Forklift.
  4. Familiar with computer, email, Excel, word, Warehouse management systems. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
. Principle Duties and Required Skills (Not listed in order of priority - All must be done)
  1. Master Books - understand, execute, create as needed.                                                
  2. Overtime - avoid as much as possible unless being invoiced to a customer                                                             
  3. Corrective Actions - issue as needed for issues related to non-compliance by employees                                                
  4. MHE - ensure propert maintenance of the fleet with associated record keeping                                                  
  5. Pest control services - ensure services are provided and records are kept up to date                                                         
  6. Hurricane SOP's - Ensure adequate preparation and execution of established SOP's                                                          
  7. Generators - understand set-up, execution, and use                                                        
  8. Supplies - ensure adequate ordering and supply                                                
  9. Communicate and collaborate with other team members                                                             
  10. Ensure that the supervisory checklist is executed in a daily basis                                                
  11. Building inspection and maintenance - ensure on-going and monthly reporting and corrective actions                                                      
  12. Ensure compliance with Food Safety Regulations (Primus, FDA, GMP), If applicable                                                           
  13. Emails - keep updated on all                                                       
  14. Maintain all logs - MHE, AP, Security, Railcar Tracker, others as added by the General Manager                                                   
  15. Maintain log - MHE                                                         
  16. Maintain log - Containers                                                            
  17. Maintain log - AP
