Requirements of position
Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Must follow PPE, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed
Responsibilities of position
Food Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by preparing, processing, packaging, and inspecting food products while strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety regulations, and company quality standards. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow, product integrity, and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and raw materials for production lines
Operate food processing, mixing, and packaging equipment safely
Package, label, and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow GMPs, HACCP guidelines, sanitation rules, and PPE requirements at all times
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
Monitor product quality and report issues or deviations immediately
Assist with material handling, palletizing, and moving product as needed
Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and attendance standards
Requirements
Previous food manufacturing or production experience preferred
Understanding of GMPs and food safety procedures strongly preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Comfortable working in cold, wet, or fast-paced production environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
