Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER, ideally with a background at Amazon or a similar large-scale fulfillment/distribution warehouse. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of managerial experience within a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Team leadership — direct experience supervising a team of 5–15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, delegation, and day-to-day people management.
Warehouse operations — strong understanding of inventory organization, stock control, and overall warehouse workflow.
Logistics and fulfillment — hands-on experience overseeing picking, packing, and shipment control processes, ensuring orders move efficiently and accurately from receipt to dispatch.
Reporting — comfortable tracking KPIs and productivity/accuracy metrics and reporting results up to leadership.
Language — bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, given the makeup of typical warehouse teams.
General tech comfort — no specific software platform required, but should be comfortable learning and using warehouse systems, scanners, or tracking tools as needed.
