The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to work at a company located in the New Haven, CT area!
Job Title
Bilingual Second Shift Warehouse Associate
Position Location
New Haven. CT
Pay/hours for position
$21.50/ hr/ 3:30 PM- Midnight plus overtime M-F
Requirements of position
Forklift experience
Bilingual English and Spanish
Able to lift 75 pounds
Responsibilities of position
Receiving & Inventory Management
• Unload deliveries and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Properly label, store, and organize raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
• Support accurate inventory tracking and participate in cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO practices). Order Picking, Staging & Shipping
• Pick customer and production orders accurately and stage them for shipping or use in production.
• Pack, label, and load finished goods according to customer specifications and shipping schedules.
• Assist in preparing necessary shipping documentation and labels.
Warehouse Organization & Safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all warehouse and food safety protocols. Cross-Department Support
• Communicate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Report any inventory shortages, product quality issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Support special projects, such as warehouse reorganizations, audits, and seasonal demands. Compliance & Food Safety
• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, USDA, and FDA standards for food safety and handling.
• Wear required PPE and follow sanitation and hygiene policies throughout the facility.
