Requirements
| Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems or shipping software
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical warehouse work
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

| Duties

|
|
Warehouse Duties
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Label and stage products for distribution
- Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling tasks
Driving / Delivery Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and products to customers, job sites, or company locations
- Load delivery vehicles and secure cargo properly
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain delivery documentation
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
