• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 

• Valid forklift certification (current/updated – required) 

• Strong data entry and computer skills (required) 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred) 

• Cosmetics industry experience is a plus 

• Experience using RF scanning technology 

• Basic math skills for inventory counts and reconciliation 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed 

Responsibilities of position 

?Responsibilities 

A cosmetics warehouse located in Miami Gardens is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to work Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Full-Time). 

Receiving & Stocking 

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect products for damage 

• Safely unload materials from delivery trucks using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts 

• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper shelving and stacking 

• Tag, label, and prepare merchandise for accurate tracking and organization 

Order Fulfillment 

• Pick and retrieve products according to customer orders and company standards 

• Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling 

• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely pickup and delivery 

• Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently 

Inventory Management 

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular updates, cycle counts, and inventory audits 

• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to management 

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology to track inventory movement 

Warehouse Maintenance & Safety 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (sweeping, mopping, and keeping aisles clear) 

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification may be required) 

• Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly 

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures 

General Duties 

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals 

• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and general labor as needed 

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs; heavier items with assistance 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods 

• Comfortable working at various heights when required 

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
