Job Title: Tool and Die Foreman
Job Location: Grass Lake, MI
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $38-40/hr
First Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday (Overtime/weekends may be required)
Job Description: We are seeking experienced Tool & Die Foremen to join our team. The Foreman will be responsible for either Die Tryout or Die Construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader with strong tool and die experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily tool and die operations
- Oversee die construction or die tryout activities, depending on assigned role
- Troubleshoot tooling and production issues
- Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals
- Train and mentor team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Extensive Tool & Die experience required
- Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tooling drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of die construction, repair, and/or tryout processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
