| Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Hard Science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) REQUIRED
- Mechanical and technical lab experience required
- Skilled in supporting a diverse technical team with demonstrated success
- Prior supervisory experience in a testing environment
- In-house and external calibration experience
- Expert computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors for extensive periods of time
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in developing macros within Microsoft Office
- Experience in data logging
- ISO 17025 Accreditation experience

|
| Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Hard Science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) REQUIRED
- Manage and oversee Special Projects, from customer consultation through testing
- Maintain the Florida Weather System
- Calibrate outdoor equipment as needed
- Ensure operational procedures and work-flow procedures are current, complete, and accurate
- Act as a technical resource for all Test Services staff
- Work through non-conformances to determine root causes and suggest long-term corrective actions
- Hurricane Field Clearance Team Leader
- Lead technical reviews of requests involving new work
- Handle all order/delivery/quality customer service questions and communications in conjunction with customer service and production teams including pricing, providing customer photos, and site tours
This position will be fully onsite in Homestead, FL.
