| Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year of progressive experience in an IT support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Azure experience is a plus

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| Responsibilities • Assess and troubleshoot various desktop, software, network, and office equipment issues.
• Maintain the server room, ensuring cleanliness and checking for alerts.
• Complete end user requests, including updating intranet content and setting up VPN connections.
• Manage desktop installations, including Microsoft updates and anti-virus operations.
• Oversee printer management, including toner replacement and maintenance tracking.
• Handle phone management tasks such as adding extensions and resetting voicemail passwords.
• Log and manage IT inventory for the facility, including laptops and networking equipment.
• Collaborate with leadership on IT projects and initiatives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
