Requirements of position
 
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end cruise supply chain operations. This position serves as the central communication and coordination point for all inbound and outbound warehouse traffic, ensuring vendors, carriers, and internal teams operate in alignment with warehouse capacity, schedules, and service standards.

  1. Inbound Operations & Appointment Scheduling
  2. Front Desk & Driver Management
  3. Outbound Coordination & Carrier Performance
  4. Data Accuracy & Systems Handling.
  5. Operational Support 
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with scheduling tools, WMS, or transportation management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound traffic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cruise supply chain, freight forwarding, port logistics, or marine operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and documentation workflows.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
