| We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator!
The client is a well-established wholesale distributor of high-quality artificial plants and floral products.
The company proudly supplies major national retailers such as Walmart, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and others
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process shipping information, invoices, and other related data in internal systems.
- Track incoming shipments and update records with real-time status updates.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or shipping data through regular audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team and vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical orders.
- Assist in the preparation of status reports and related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and logistics departments as needed.

| . Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in clerical work and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ERP or logistics management system experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, purchasing, or data entry is advantageous but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with international shipping, container tracking, or import documentation is a plus.
