| We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor/Machine Operator and a 3rd Shift Quality Control (QC) associate to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in manufacturing or production environments and a strong attention to detail. · Previous experience as a supervisor, machine operator, or quality control technician (required).
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Proficient with PC/Windows, basic typing, and internet use.
· High attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
· Basic math and measurement skills.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
· Willingness to work 3rd shift as scheduled.

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| · Supervise and lead a team of up to 10 employees.
· Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
· Train and mentor team members to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
· Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
· Maintain accurate documentation and production reports.
· Communicate effectively with team members and management.
· Follow all safety and company procedures.
· Use a small die cut sample press (clicker) and weighing scale.
· Cut, inspect, and prepare samples using scissors and other small tools.
