| Requirements of position
|
|||||
| •High School diploma or equivalent
•Prefer one year CNC training in an accredited vocational institute
•Mill and Lathe
•Ability to interpret written instructions and specifications
•Good mechanical aptitude
•Good mathematical aptitude
•Ability to read and comprehend detailed drawings, sketches, notes, and blueprints
•Flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments
•Experience in performing setups and tool changes
•Experience in finished parts inspection using various precision measurement tools
•Must complete interview
•Must complete clean drug screen

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| •Operates multiple machines simultaneously as required
•Interprets written instructions and specifications, including blueprint reading
•Uses a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments
•Performs machine setups, programming, and tool changes
•Operates vertical and horizontal milling
•Inspects finished parts to meet customer specifications while minimizing waste
•Responsible for completing work orders and reporting labor hours worked
•Keeps work area clean and orderly
