| Requirements of position

| · 1–2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery hub environment.
· Valid forklift operator certification
· Ability to work long shifts (10+ hours), including weekends or holidays as needed.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending) for extended periods.
· Familiarity with barcode scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or handheld devices is a plus.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
· Experience working in a high-volume or e-commerce delivery environment is a plus.

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| · Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or electric pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse and staging areas.
· Assist with sorting, staging, and scanning packages for outbound delivery routes.
· Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, and inventory checks.
· Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
· Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse associates, and delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
· Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company and OSHA safety standards.
· Perform equipment inspections before and after use; report maintenance needs.
