Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years warehouse experience, preferably in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Forklift certification a plus.
Skills - Ability to read and understand batch records, labels, and inventory documents.
- Basic computer skills (ERP experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule - First Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime based on production needs.
Physical Requirements - Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for most of the shift.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely

| Responsibilities of position |
|
|
|
|
|
Receiving & Shipping - Receive incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging pallets for pickup.
Material Handling - Move materials between warehouse, production, and QA using pallet jacks or forklifts (as certified).
- Deliver materials to production rooms according to batch schedule.
- Assist in staging and returning components for batch manufacturing.
Inventory Control - Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Record material movements in the ERP or inventory management system.
- Ensure proper labeling, organization, and segregation of materials per cGMP and allergen control.
Compliance & Documentation - Follow FDA 21 CFR Part 111/117 requirements and company cGMP procedures.
- Complete all logs, forms, labels, and documentation with accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas according to 5S principles.
- Support QA during audits by presenting warehouse records or assisting with material traceability.
Safety - Operate equipment safely and report any unsafe conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and equipment inspections.
