Morning 6:00 AM TO 3:00 PM and Afternoon Shift 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or until production is complete
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Pay: $15 HR, Overtime $22.50HR

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Selector to join our Cold Storage warehouse in Medley, FL. This position plays an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations by selecting and orders accurately and efficiently in a cold-storage environment.
The Selector will be responsible for locating and selecting products, preparing orders, organizing pallets, and supporting general warehouse operations while following safety and productivity standards.
Requirements:
- Experience working in cold-storage environments
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jack
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
Qualifications
· Bilingual Preferred but Spanish Only works
· Previous warehouse, cold storage experience preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
· Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Ability to work overtime when required.
Preferred Experience
· Pallet jack experience is a plus.
