(2)- 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm
(1)- 3rd Shift 9:30pm-6am
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Job Description: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED).
- Must have valid security guard licenses and/or certifications based on state and local requirements in the area where the position is located.
- Must know legal guidelines for security and public safety in the area where the position is located.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Patrolling and monitoring the CCTV camera footage.
- Investigate disturbances.
- Guarding valuables in a secure area.
- Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Responding to alarms and emergencies.
- Communicating any irregularities with management.
- Keeping an incident report record.
- Following procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, traffic control, and accident investigations.
- Check visitors in and out of the area.
- Escorting visitors around the premises.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Ensuring the Safety of Personnel, Property, and Assets on Site.
- Monitoring and Controlling Access to the Premises.
- Responding to Emergencies and Incidents.
- Conducting Regular Patrols and Inspections.
- Maintaining Accurate and Detailed Incident Reports.
- Inspect lockers, bags, etc.
- Detain employees if required
- Assist HR when employees are terminated
