| Requirements of position

- High School graduation or its equivalency.
- Ice Skating Experience Preferred
- Posses a minimum two (1) year experience in working at an ice rink and/or roller skating facility.
- Must possess a valid State of Florida driver’s license.
- Must be able to understand and comprehend written and verbal instructions; general knowledge of generally accepted safety standards for specified work.
- Must be able to take and pass a urinary test for drugs
- Must successfully complete and pass a Level 2 background screening as a condition of employment.
- Must be available full-time November 2025 – January 2026

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Responsible for rotating shifts at the seasonal ice skating rink at Losner Park. Rotational duties include cashier/waivers, ice skate rentals, and on ice monitor during skate sessions.
- Cashier Duty
- Ensure proper fee is collected for session
- Ensure waiver is properly filled out
- Ice Skate Rental Duty
- Ensure proper storage and disinfection of ice skates
- Assist patrons with proper sized ice skate rentals
- On Ice Monitor Duty
- Assist patrons to stand back up on ice
- Enforce rules on ice to maintain safety of all skaters
- Safeguards assigned equipment and tools.
- Prepares reports as required by supervisor.
- Performs other job-related duties as required by supervisor.
- Must be available full-time November 2025 – January 2026
