Job Summary:
 
 The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and the safety of the food we serve. They oversee the sanitation team and ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned according to state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. They must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
 
The Sanitation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing cleaning schedules, supervising the sanitation team, and conducting regular inspections of the facility. They must ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned properly and that all food-safety regulations are followed. The sanitation manager must also be able to troubleshoot any problems that arise and take corrective action as necessary.
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  1. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in compliance with company MSS Schedule and oversee the daily cleaning activities of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, production areas, and storage areas
  2. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in sanitation and safety procedures
  3. Develop and implement new sanitation protocols as needed
  4. Monitor employee compliance with sanitation protocols
  5. Investigate and resolve any sanitation-related complaints
  6. Participate in audits regarding sanitation process
  7. Keep accurate records of all cleaning activities
  8. Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify potential sanitation issues
  9. Order and maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and equipment
  10. Prepare and submit reports to upper management as needed. 
  11. Assist with other duties as assigned
  12. Work with customers on a regular basis
  13. Have experience in documentation.
  14. Will own the “pre-op” process.
