Requirements of position



  1. 1 to 2 years in administrative and/or sales support experience preferred
  2. Highly proficient in Math/Accounting
  3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks within prescribed timeframes
  6. Able to analyze data and effectively draw correlations
  7. Intermediate to advanced level reporting skills
  8. Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
  9. Highly organized and proficient prioritization and time-orientation skills
  10. Exerts attention to detail
  11. Takes initiative in self-education and self-management
  12. Fosters an environment that promotes teamwork, positiveness, and productivity
Responsibilities of position




The Sales Support Associate will provide administrative support to company’s sales and management team. You will be responsible for administrative job duties as it pertains to sales and management.  You will be expected to prepare, develop, and analyze reports; conduct research; process accruals and payables; manage all logistics for tradeshows; handle informational requests; and perform various clerical functions of or relating to business operational efficiency, improvement, and continuance. Essential functions
  1. Provides administrative assistance to sales and management team members as required.
  2. Performs any necessary administrative duties including researching information requested or preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
  3. Report preparation duties with regards to sales, budget, and/or product-related figures, metrics, and other key data.
  4. Converts report data into easily readable formats.
  5. Process accruals and payables for deductions and/or check payments.
  6. Manages all logistics (including expenses) for tradeshows.
  7. Manages and tracks inter-departmental task requests and status.
  8. Assumes limited responsibilities of direct supervisor’s functions in his/her absence.
  9. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
