- 1 to 2 years in administrative and/or sales support experience preferred

The Sales Support Associate will provide administrative support to company’s sales and management team. You will be responsible for administrative job duties as it pertains to sales and management. You will be expected to prepare, develop, and analyze reports; conduct research; process accruals and payables; manage all logistics for tradeshows; handle informational requests; and perform various clerical functions of or relating to business operational efficiency, improvement, and continuance. Essential functions - Provides administrative assistance to sales and management team members as required.
- Performs any necessary administrative duties including researching information requested or preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
- Report preparation duties with regards to sales, budget, and/or product-related figures, metrics, and other key data.
- Converts report data into easily readable formats.
- Process accruals and payables for deductions and/or check payments.
- Manages all logistics (including expenses) for tradeshows.
- Manages and tracks inter-departmental task requests and status.
- Assumes limited responsibilities of direct supervisor’s functions in his/her absence.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
