| Responsibilities of position | |||||
| Safety & Compliance• Own the facility’s safety program, including OSHA compliance, training, audits, and incident reporting• Conduct safety orientations, ongoing training, and refresher programs for employees• Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans• Maintain safety documentation, logs, and reporting requirements• Partner with EHS and plant leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvementHuman Resources• Serve as the main, onsite support person for the offsite Human Resources Manager• Lead onboarding new hires and collecting and submitting required documentation• Be a coach and liaison for new hires as questions arise• Drive onsite initiatives that support employee recognition• Drive onsite initiatives that support employee mentorship• Drive onsite initiatives that support HR leadership initiatives to provide an engaging environment for our workforceCustomer & Operational Support• Support our customer service representatives with helping keep workflows organized and documented• Serve as a backup when customer service team members are out of the office• Support internal communication and cross-fu | |||||
