Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience processing returns or reverse logistics
Experience working in an eCommerce environment
Customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities of position Full-Time | On-Site in Miami Lakes, 33014We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Returns Processor to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced warehouse or eCommerce environments. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer returns, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory and customer service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer returns across multiple eCommerce sales channels accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with customers regarding return statuses, replacement tracking information, and shipment updates
Inspect returned merchandise and document damaged or defective items
Maintain accurate records of returns, replacements, and inventory adjustments
Assist with inventory-related tasks and general operational support as needed
Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth return processing and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Collaborative and fast-paced eCommerce operations environment
