| The R&D Technician supports the engineering department in the creation, testing and optimization of new prototypes and processes RESPONSIBILITIES Develop airbag designs, fabric cut sets, and assembly patterns in compliance with customer, regulatory, and functional requirements. Build and assemble prototypes using blueprints, sketches, or technical schematics. Provide technical support and sample preparation. Support redesign activities as necessary. Operate textile manufacturing and test equipment in the lab and on the manufacturing floor. |
