Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (preferred) 
  • 3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing 
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required 
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practices 
  • Experience with batch records, SOPs, and deviation investigations 
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills 
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Results-oriented and reliable
 
Responsibilities of position
 

 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Redzone Data & Compliance Specialist- Bilingual to oversee and coordinate daily production activities in a laboratory/manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
 
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and output targets 
  • Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, FDA regulations, and company quality standards 
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime 
  • Lead, train, and develop production staff, including performance management 
  • Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy and compliance 
  • Collaborate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams to resolve deviations 
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment 
  • Track KPIs (yield, efficiency, downtime, labor utilization) 
  • Support internal and external audits 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
