Great opportunity for an EXERIENCED CORPORATE RECRUITER knowing a Company’s identity and branding with a focus on Sales and Marketing. Monday thru Friday – 8 workday - Candidates in EASTERN TIME ZONE PREFERRED
***Bachelor’s Degree OR ASSOCIATES DEGREE
3-4 YEARS Corporate Recruiting Experience
• Manages full cycle recruitment process within corporate guidelines and applicant tracking system.
• Sales & Marketing corporate recruitment experience
• Conduct effective candidate screening and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Effectively leverage talent acquisition tools and technology.
• Ensure open roles are promoted effectively in the marketplace and the best talent is sourced for each opening.
• Develops competitive offer recommendations based on compensation guidelines.
• Successfully manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of recruiting tools; including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Indeed, Workday
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and judgment skills
• Knowledge of employment law, OFCCP regulations, etc.
• Comfortable navigating in a matrix organization

• As a Talent Advisor, foster a consultative approach to deploy recruitment strategies and action plans to develop strong pipelines and high-quality candidates.
• Leverage strong understanding of the business to consult with hiring managers on recruitment, talent attraction and pipelining.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with prospective talent.
• Conduct effective candidate screening and present recommendations to hiring managers.
• Effectively leverage talent acquisition tools and technology.
