| Hours are Monday-Friday 6:00AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, must be flexible.
$19/ hourly- performance incentive in 90 days.

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Proven experience operating Crown reach trucks.
- Ability to work in high-rack, narrow-aisle warehouse settings.
- Strong attention to safety and load handling procedures.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Operate Crown reach trucks to safely store, retrieve, and transport pallets from high-rack locations.
- Perform put-away, replenishment, and order picking in narrow-aisle warehouse environments.
- Handle materials at heights while maintaining load stability and equipment control.
- Load and unload trailers, stage outbound shipments, and move inventory to designated locations.
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and complete transactions.
- Inspect equipment daily and report mechanical or safety issues.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity, accuracy, and performance goals.
