Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- 1+ year of experience operating a Raymond Reach Truck (required).
- Experience working in a cold storage or freezer warehouse preferred.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods.
- Must be able to work in cold temperatures for extended periods (with breaks).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Operate Raymond Reach forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products.
- Perform vertical and horizontal case/pallet picking from high racking systems.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
Warehouse Tasks
- Pull and stage orders accurately according to pick sheets or RF scanner directions.
- Store pallets in assigned locations while maintaining warehouse organization.
- Follow strict rotation methods (FIFO/FEFO) for all perishable products.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory counts.
Cold Storage Responsibilities
- Work safely in cold environments ranging from 40°F to –10°F (PPE provided).
- Ensure product integrity is maintained while moving frozen goods.
- Keep freezer doors closed and maintain proper temperature control procedures.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards at all times.
- Operate equipment in a safe, controlled manner to prevent accidents or product damage.
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
