| Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in a science-related field is a plus).
- Experience in GMP-regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, etc.) preferred.
- Understanding of sampling techniques, GMP regulations, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.

| The Raw Material Sampler is responsible for collecting, labeling, and delivering raw material samples for laboratory testing in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and regulatory requirements. This role ensures that incoming raw materials meet quality and safety standards before use in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect raw material samples from incoming shipments, warehouses, or storage areas according to SOPs.
- Properly label, document, and distribute samples to the Quality Control (QC) laboratory.
- Maintain accurate records of sampling activities, including batch numbers, lot numbers, and testing schedules.
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene protocols while handling materials.
- Ensure sampling tools and containers are properly cleaned and sanitized before use.
- Identify and report any non-conforming materials or deviations to the QC team.
- Assist in the inspection of incoming raw materials for visual defects or contamination.
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and quality assurance teams to coordinate sampling activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to raw material sampling procedures.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sampling area and storage locations
