Requirements of position



The Jobsquad is seeking a highly skilled Quality Programming Technician with strong programming expertise in MAHR Surface and CMM systems for a family owned and operated business in Clarklake, MI. This role is critical to ensuring the precision and reliability of our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent blueprint reading skills, and the ability to translate technical drawings into accurate CMM programs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with MAHR Surface and CMM programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of gage setting and calibration.
  • Experience working with auto gages.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Formal training or certification in quality systems.
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
  • 3-5 years experience.
 
Responsibilities of position




Responsibilities: 
  • Program and operate MAHR Surface and CMM equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to set gages accordingly.
  • Develop and validate CMM programs based on blueprint specifications.
  • Perform gage calibration and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with auto gages and maintain their operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve measurement issues quickly and effectively.
