$16.20/hr
Requirements of position



We are seeking a Quality Lab Technician to ensure our manufactured products meet company and customer standards. This role works closely with the Quality Assurance Supervisor, managers, and production teams to maintain high-quality standards.
 
  1. Strong attention to detail. 
  2. Ability to stand, walk, and lift 8-10 lbs daily. 
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  4. Willingness to learn food production processes and quality control. 
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  6. Reliable and dependable
  1. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
  1. Must pass a standard drug screen and background check to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
 
 
Responsibilities of position




  1. Follow recipe cards accurately. 
  2. Perform quality assurance checks every 30 minutes. 
  3. Communicate any out-of-range findings to the line supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor. 
  4. Assist in regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
