| We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to ensure automotive parts meet company and customer quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read basic blueprints or part specifications preferred
Must have a solid, steady work history
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable with consistent attendance |

| Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
| Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts
Use calipers, gauges, and measuring tools to verify specifications
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming materials
Isolate and tag defective products to prevent shipment
Maintain quality logs, inspection reports, and documentation
Communicate quality concerns to production and supervisors
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
