Quality Control Inspector – 3rd Shift (Davie, FL)
Our client in Davie, Florida is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their manufacturing team on the 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
 Monday to Friday
 10:00 PM – 5:45 AM
Language Requirement:
 Bilingual – English and Spanish required
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 1–3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidelines 
  • Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation skills 
  • Basic computer and math proficiency
  • Responsible for performing the inspection of in-process product, and the appropriate documentation
  • Assures cGMP compliance all at times in the production floor  
  • Perform Quality Assurance tasks such as sampling, inspections, and tests designed to ensure manufactured products are following internal SOP's, Safety initiatives, Company policies, FDA and DEA regulations. Document all work performed, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Inform management of any deviations from established standards/procedures
  • Inspect and approve rooms, lines and equipment prior to use by manufacturing and R&D personnel
  • Approving components for in-process operations
 
 
 
 







 
Responsibilities of position









 
  
 
· Monitor manufacturing and packaging areas to ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, cGMP standards, and FDA/DEA regulations 
· Accurately document all production and quality activities in batch records, forms, and logs, ensuring completeness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) 
· Perform sampling, inspections, and testing of in-process materials and finished products, and coordinate distribution of samples to required departments 
· Review production and quality records to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to cGMP requirements 
· Identify, report, and escalate any deviations, failures, or non-conformances to management in a timely manner 
· Apply proper disposition status to components, materials, and in-process products based on quality findings 
· Issue QA Alerts when questionable materials, components, or products are identified at any stage of production or storage 
· Support continuous compliance and quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations 
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support departmental needs
