Job Description:
DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
TRAINING/CERTIFICATES/ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIPS
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred.
- Fair Housing training.
- Grace Hill training preferred.
- HQS preferred
- UPCS preferred
- COS preferred
SPECIFIC SKILLS/EQUIPMENT
Must be able to use the following equipment, but not limited to: telephone, fax machine, computer, property software, copy/scanner machine, business calculator, keytrack and OPS technology. Knowledge of basic maintenance equipment (i.e. key machine) would be a plus. Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, LIHTC guidelines, OSHA requirements, EEOC Laws and Local City and State Ordinances.
Supervises entire on-site staff (i.e. Assistant Manager, Leasing Coordinator, Leasing Consultant(s)/Compliance Monitor(s), Lead Maintenance, Assistant Maintenance, Makeready(s), Painter(s), Porter(s), and Housekeeper(s).
Must submit to state and federal background and pass a drug screen
