Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Lowell, Mi
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $40,000–$60,000/year, based on experience
Candidates with fencing experience may earn up to $65,000–$70,000.
3% of profit on projects sold and managed through completion.
Profit-sharing is paid twice a year and typically adds $6,000–$20,000 annually.
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to handle customer sales, estimates, and project management for residential and commercial fencing projects.
Responsibilities include:
Meet with residential customers to measure projects and prepare estimates.
Review commercial blueprints and visit job sites to prepare bids.
Manage projects from the initial sale through completion.
Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prepare proposals and project paperwork.
Work closely with the sales and project teams.
Qualifications
Sales, estimating, or project management experience preferred.
Fencing or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
