$28 per hour
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Job Description:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance planning, or facilities support within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, and maintenance documentation practices
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting facilities, utilities, or manufacturing equipment maintenance teams
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, calibration schedules, and asset management
- Familiarity with change control, CAPA, and deviation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, pivot tables)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for South Florida operations
Work Environment & Schedule
- Combination of office and manufacturing floor environment
- May require occasional off-hours support for critical repairs or project deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities across the facility
- Assist in planning and executing maintenance and engineering projects, including equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations
- Maintain project timelines, schedules, and status reports to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
- Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to align priorities and minimize downtime
- Manage and update work orders within the CMMS system (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, etc.)
- Ensure all maintenance and project documentation complies with cGMP, FDA, and data integrity (ALCOA+) standards
- Support change control processes related to equipment, utilities, and facility improvements
- Track spare parts, vendor services, and procurement needs for maintenance activities
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, calibrations, and installations
- Prepare reports, metrics, and dashboards (downtime, completion rates, backlog, etc.)
- Assist with audit readiness and provide documentation support during internal and external inspections
