Schedule
1st Shift: Monday – Saturday/Sunday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Saturday/Sunday
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule Requirement: Employees should be available to work 6–7 days per week during the startup period, including overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machines to ensure product quality and production standards are met.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following company safety procedures.
- Complete production documentation and accurately report machine performance.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
