Preferred
1. Experience in hands-on skills and operating manufacturing equipment is highly preferred; 2. Experience with carbide tools and manufacturing is helpful, but not necessary. Physical Requirements 1. Sit/stand/walk 8 hrs./day (minimum) 2. Ability to lift 50 lbs. |

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Occasional availability for working on shift starting middle night (a few times a year), and availability for the shift starting at 5:00 am or 11:00 am (more often);
• Read schematics, assembly drawings, data sheets, and process sheets to perform production and quality control, and simple trouble-shooting equipment when necessary;
• Record processing data with assistance from engineering;
• Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the companies Quality System.
