Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm
Position Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary
The Production-Skin Pack Worker is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks to support daily operations. This includes thawing raw fillets, portioning fillets, packing raw product, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
· Lift and move products weighing up to 60 lbs.
· Push and pull salmon trollies as needed.
· Assist in the thawing, portioning, and packing of raw fillets.
· Work efficiently in a refrigerated environment (approximately 55°F).
· Stand, bend, twist, push, and lift continuously throughout the shift.
· Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including smock, hair net, apron, cutting glove, rubber gloves, and boots.
· Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of production rooms and coolers.
· Accurately and legibly complete all required paperwork.
· Pull and rack product onto screens for smoking as directed.
· Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
· Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
