 Production Sewing Specialist

 South Bend, IN 

 

Pay/hours for position

Competitive Hourly pay starting at $22/hr, 5 am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday

Requirements of position

 We are seeking a dedicated Production Sewing Specialist to join our team in South Bend. The ideal candidate will operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

·  Must be able to pass a sewing skills test

·  Strong work history with reliable attendance

·  Clean background check required

·  Ability to stand for the entire shift

·  Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs

·  Attention to detail and commitment to quality

·  Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·  Must be available for overtime as needed

·  Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 

·  Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently

·  Perform sewing tasks according to specifications and quality standards

·  Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control

·  Maintain clean and organized workstations

·  Meet daily production goals and deadlines

·  Follow all safety protocols and company policies

·  Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow

·  Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
