Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Pay rate is $17/hr with a $100 biweekly retention/attendance/punctuality bonus. Essentially getting the payrate to $18.25/hr if the perform well, have good attendance, and arrive on time.
Job Description: Production Operator – Cold Storage
Pay: $17.00/hour + Biweekly Attendance Bonus
AM Shift | Monday–Saturday
We are seeking a reliable Production Operator to support daily plant operations and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards. Important: This position works in a cold storage/refrigerated production environment.
Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
• Operate on the production line according to established procedures
• Complete assigned tasks according to daily production plans
• Help maintain production continuity throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or deviations promptly
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Assist with the preparation of packaging materials
• Follow all quality and safety procedures
• Comply with safety regulations and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals
Schedule
AM Shift:
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Tuesday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Candidates must be comfortable working Monday through Saturday.
Compensation
$17.00 per hour
Employees are also eligible for a $100 biweekly bonus based on attendance, responsibility, commitment, and consistency.
Qualifications
• Previous production, manufacturing, food production, packaging, or similar experience
preferred
• Comfortable working in a cold storage/refrigerated environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Comfortable using required PPE
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
