| Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in an operations environment
- Food manufacturing industry preferred but not required.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Strong Excel performer - intermediate to advanced level Excel (including Pivot Tables)
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately in Excel over long periods of the work day.
- Professional communications skills
- Writing emails and basic reports in English.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
- Team player with other departments and stakeholders.
- Problem solver and detailed oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to enter and work in a refrigerated cooler environment as needed (5 to 10% of time).
- Able to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work late hours for month-end closing
Education
- Degree in business administration or a related field, is preferred.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
| The Production Reporting Admin will be responsible for managing production-related information in the company’s ERP and production systems (M3 and Code IT). Will produce and maintain weekly reports and materials KPI’s for Operations. Will report to the Director of Factory Operations and work cross-functionally with other departments and locations.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing order (MO) maintenance and raw material consumption.
- Create daily reports to ensure balance between MOs and raw material lot consumption.
- Monitor balance of open lots of all raw material fish species, allocating and closing lots that are no longer being used in production.
- Support production month-end and year-end close process.
- KPIs and Reporting
- Create and deliver timely management KPI reports, including but not limited to:
- Raw material yields for multiple plants.
- Raw materials use breakdown.
- Other new reports, as will be added from time to time by management.
- Item Maintenance
- Create new items, warehouses, and related information in M3 when requested by Sales/Marketing.
- Request Bills of Materials in M3 for new items requested by Sales/Marketing.
- Projects
- Provide admin support for systems and operations projects as designated by management.
Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm (Must be available to work late hours for month-end closing)
Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour
