Requirements of position 

?Education & Experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred 

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or clerical support 

• Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or GMP-regulated manufacturing strongly preferred 

Skills & Knowledge 

• Working knowledge of GMP regulations and controlled documentation 

• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) 

• Strong organizational, data entry, and record-keeping skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment 

Soft Skills 

• High attention to detail and accuracy 

• Clear written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities 

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally 

Work Environment 

• Combination of office and manufacturing floor

Responsibilities of position 

? 

The Production Clerk / Production Planner supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, maintaining accurate production documentation, and ensuring materials, labor, and equipment are aligned to meet production goals. This role is critical to ensuring on-time production while maintaining full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a fast-paced cosmetic manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Production Planning & Scheduling 

• Create, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules 

• Coordinate production plans with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Purchasing 

• Adjust schedules based on material availability, equipment downtime, and priority changes 

• Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly to all stakeholders 

Production Clerical & Documentation 

• Prepare and issue batch records, work orders, and production paperwork 

• Enter and maintain accurate production data in ERP/MRP systems 

• Track production output, yields, labor hours, and variances 

• File and maintain controlled GMP documents in accordance with SOPs 

Inventory & Materials Coordination 

• Monitor raw material and packaging inventory to support production schedules 

• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or delays to Purchasing and Warehouse 

• Assist with material requisitions, staging, and reconciliation 

GMP & Compliance Support 

• Ensure production documentation is completed accurately, legibly, and in real time 

• Support internal and external audits and inspections 

• Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards 

• Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and internal quality requirements 

Communication & Coordination 

• Serve as a liaison between Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Planning 

• Participate in production meetings and provide schedule and status updates 

• Report production delays, issues, and completed runs to management
