The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production Associates – All Shifts Available to work at a company located in the St Louis, MI area!

Position Location



St. Louis, MI 48880
 
Pay/hours for position




 1st Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM | $15.50/hr.
2nd Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM | $15.50/hr.
3rd Shift: 12 AM – 8 AM | $15.50/hr.
Requirements of position



Join a respected manufacturing leader with over 30 years of plastic processing experience. Our client specializes in high-quality rotational molded products used across the construction, commercial, industrial, marine, recreational vehicle, and toy industries.
  1. Reliability and a strong work ethic
  2. Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
  3. Comfortable with physical tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus—but not required!
  5. Reliable transportation required.
  6. Must pass pre-employment screening (including skills test, background check, and drug test)
 
 
Responsibilities of position




  1. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  2. Prepare and fulfill orders accurately for delivery or pick-up.
  3. Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate paperwork.
  4. Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize product damage.
  5. Use tools such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  6. Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  7. Follow all health and safety protocols.
