| We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Production & Floor Manager to oversee our silk screen printing operations and production floor activities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to manage production workflows effectively. Experience in computer skills is preferred, but familiarity with basic computer operations and a professional attitude are essential. The candidate should be capable of maintaining a clen, organized work environment an ensuring smooth daily operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the silk screen printing process and production floor.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor quality control to maintain high standards in finished products.
- Organize workflow, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Train and oversee staff, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
- Communicate effectively in both
- English and Spanish with team members.
- Operate or oversee the operation of computer-controlled printing equipment (training provided if necessary).
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to printing and production equipment.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and increase productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in silk screening, production management, or related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with production software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Spanish.
- Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work i a fast-paced
