Requirements of position 

 Required Experience: 

2–3+ years in planning, management control, operations, or logistics. 

Experience in production plants or operational branches is desirable. 

Experience in high-volume environments and cross-functional coordination. 

Required Technical Skills: 

Intermediate–advanced Excel (mandatory). 

Intermediate–advanced Power BI. 

SAP or other ERP. 

Data analysis and operational/logistics management. 

Desirable: 

Power BI certification. 

Lean/Six Sigma. 

Courses in logistics or planning. 

Responsibilities of position 

To ensure the planning, coordination, and control of the daily operations of the Miami branch, optimizing production processes, inventory management, and logistics flow. 

This role has a strong analytical component, and is responsible for generating reports and indicators that enable timely decision-making and the achievement of committed service levels. 

Main Responsibilities 

Daily planning of orders, inventory, and shipments. 

Production monitoring and control of processed weight per area/equipment. 

Operational tracking of logistics flows, trucks, times, and deviations. 

Coordination with external logistics providers. 

Preparation of executive reports for management and the Board of Directors. 

Data management and validation in Power BI and analytical databases (data lake). 

Proposals for continuous improvement in operational efficiency, inventory, and planning. 

Scope of Role 

Control of production volume processed at the branch. 

Management of orders and compliance with logistics SLAs. 

Cross-functional coordination with Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Management Control. 

Use of systems such as SAP, internal ERP, Power BI, and Data Lake.
