Requirements · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods · Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment · Must have reliable transportation to the Webberville facility · Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions · Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required · High School Diploma or GED · Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug screen

friendly insulation products. We're looking for reliable individuals to join the
production team as Palletizers—an essential role in the packaging and shipping
process!
Position Overview
As a Palletizer, you’ll be responsible for stacking and organizing finished
insulation products onto pallets in preparation for shipment. This is a hands-on,
active job in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Stack and arrange packaged products neatly on pallets
· Wrap and label completed pallets according to specifications
· Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as needed
· Monitor product quality and report any issues
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace
