Requirements of position

Jobsquad is hiring a Painter in Holt, MI. This role is responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to customer specifications using HVLP paint equipment. The position requires strong attention to detail, independence, and the ability to maintain high production standards.

Requirements:

· Previous experience with HVLP paint guns, pressure pot sprayers, or autobody paint/finish/repair

· Proficiency in surface prep, masking, paint mixing, and curing techniques.

· Experience with quality inspection of painted or finished parts.

· Ability to produce quality results at production speed.

· Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing/production or industrial painting role (preferred)

· Ability to pass a medical/respiratory evaluation and maintain respirator clearance (must remain clean-shaven daily)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
