| Must speak English
Must be able to stand upright during the working shift.
must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must possess excellent dexterity to handle a constant flow of bags.
Must be able to work quickly to ensure that the bags do not become backlogged on the conveyor belt.
Must be very observant to identify variations in the product shape and design.

| Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- The individual must stand by the conveyor belt where the bags exit the processing machine.
- The bags will exit in predetermined amounts after which they may have to be stacked and/or separated and restacked to properly fit in the shipping cartons.
- The bags must then be placed in the cartons according to the prescribed template that maximizes the number of pieces that can be shipped.
- After the carton is filled, it must be sealed and placed on a pallet.
- While this entire process is being completed, the Packer must diligently observe bags as they exit the machine to ensure no defects exist.
- If defects exist, the Packer must notify the Operator to make adjustments and/or shut down the machine.
- All defective materials must be identified and discarded in the adjacent defect bins to ensure the product received by the customer is of the highest quality.
