Shift: Full-time
Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Requirements of position




Skills and Qualifications: 
  1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
  2. Must have the ability to drive a forklift safely and accurately
  3. Complete manufacturing orders quickly, accurately, and carefully 
  4. Must be dependable, responsible, able to work independently as well as take direction from Team Lead/Supervisor 
  5. Work safely and follow all plant safety rules and PPE requirements.
  6. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  7. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
 
Responsibilities of position





Responsibilities: 
  1. Accurately label containers as required, making sure labels are clean in appearance, free from wrinkles and match manufacturing instruction 
  2. Accurately label boxes including ingredient labels as required 
  3. Adopt good housekeeping practices such as cleaning, organizing, and removing trash Immediately report and clean spills 
  4. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement 
  5. Verify batch numbers and product descriptions match manufacturing orders 
  6. Accurately count containers, place in boxes or on skids in a safe, orderly, and efficient manner
  7.  Clean vessels, tools, containers, and work area well to assure residual material is not present
  8.  Upon completion of a manufacturing order, remove bulk containers, skids, and excess packaging to maintain inventory accuracy 
  9. Operate fork truck in a safe, cautious manner 
  10. Accurately account for on time, time sheets and manufacturing orders 
  11. Accurately account for packaging or production supplies used 
  12. Supporting other areas of production as designated by the Manufacturing Manager (shipping, receiving packaging, deliveries) 
  13. Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Overview:
This hands-on packaging position supports daily production by accurately labeling, packing, and preparing finished products for shipment. The role involves verifying batch numbers and product information, counting and organizing containers, and safely packaging items into boxes or onto skids. Employees are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures, and operating a forklift when needed. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting other production areas such as shipping and receiving when needed.
